All berth owners are shareholders in Double Bay Marina Pty Ltd.

All our berths and moorings are under lease from NSW Maritime for 40 years. The land to the ‘High Water Mark’ is owned by the marina.

Our marina is managed by Karl West, who has been employed with the marina for over 14 years.

Our marina has 24/7 surveillance in the form of CCTV surrounding our facilities as well as by our staff who perform dock walks daily. Our facilities are accessible only through a designated security keycard.

There is free 2-hour parking on Castra Place and surrounding streets 7 days a week.

Hot showers and toilets are available at the entrance to our marina for berth owners.

All boat owners on both our swing moorings and berthing are required to have the appropriate comprehensive insurance.

All rentals are bonded with a one month holding bond. Rentals are paid 3 months in advance and by standing order or credit card.

No. There are no commercial activities to take place at our marina.
